Rooms
Rooms are topic-specific spaces on Nevix where people can post and connect around a shared topic. Each room is managed by designated moderators.
Creating a New Room
You can create a room directly in Nevix.
- Sign in to your Nevix account.
- Open Create Room from the app.
- Choose a room ID, display name, and description.
- Submit the form to create the room.
- After the room is created, you can view or share it.
Moderator Management
Moderators can manage room content and invite new moderators. Moderator ranks determine which moderators can manage other moderators.
Important Notes
Room Permanence
- Rooms cannot be deleted once created.
- Rooms remain active even if all moderators leave.
Room Access
- Users can follow a room to receive updates from it.
- Each room has its own specific topic focus.
- Rooms are moderated according to their individual guidelines.
