Prohibited Content

In accordance with Nevix’s Terms of Service, it's not allowed to post content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Copyright Infringement: The use of protected work without the necessary authorization, or beyond the scope of a license from the copyright holder, particularly if such use appears to be of a commercial nature or is occurring substantially.

  2. Trademark Infringement: The use of a trademark or service mark (including a logo, brand, or design owned by another party) in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the source of goods or services, or that dilutes a trademark.

Any content that violates these rules may be removed or restricted upon receipt of a valid report from the rights holder or their authorized representative.

Content Requiring Additional Context

There are cases where use of copyrighted or trademarked material may fall under "fair use" or similar exceptions to infringement. This can depend on the specific facts and circumstances, such as:

  1. Educational Usage: If the content is being used for teaching, scholarship, or research purposes.

  2. Parody: If the content uses copyrighted or trademarked material in a transformative way for humor or satire.

  3. Commentary and Criticism: If the content is using copyrighted material for the purpose of commentary or criticism related to the work itself.

In these cases, additional context may need to be provided in the content description to clarify the purpose and nature of the usage.
