Rationale
Nevix encourages free discussion and exploration of ideas, recognizing that sex and sexuality are important aspects of human life and acknowledging the role of sex worker rights advocacy and the discussion around the regulation of sex work. However, Nevix is steadfastly committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all members of its global community, and thus has implemented policies to prevent content that may facilitate or endorse non-consensual sex, trafficking, or coercion. We also avoid sexually explicit language that may offend or discomfort some of our users, inhibiting their capacity to connect and engage with the broader community.
Prohibited Content

Commercial Services: Nevix strictly prohibits content that solicits or offers adult commercial services. This includes but is not limited to escort services, paid sexual fetishes, or domination services. The recruitment or offer of individuals for third-party commercial sex work is addressed separately under the Human Exploitation policy.

Adult Sexual Activities: Any attempt to coordinate or recruit for adult sexual activities is not allowed, except in the case of promoting an event or venue. This encompasses filmed sexual activities, pornographic activities, strip club shows, live sex performances, erotic dances, and sexual, erotic, or tantric massages.

Explicit Sexual Solicitation: Nevix bans explicit sexual solicitation such as offering or asking for sex or sexual partners, sex chat or conversations, nude photos/videos/imagery/sexual fetish items, and the use of sexual slang terms.

Implicit or Indirect Sexual Solicitation: Content that implicitly or indirectly offers or asks for sexual solicitation is prohibited if it meets both of the following criteria:
- Offer or Ask: This involves offering or asking for sexual solicitation implicitly or indirectly, often through providing a method of contact.
- Suggestive Elements: The content makes use of sexually suggestive elements such as regional sexualized slang, depictions of sexual activities, poses, audios of sexual activity, or offers or asks for pornographic material.

Graphically Detailed Sexual Language: Sexually explicit language that goes beyond a mere reference to a state of sexual arousal or an act of sexual intercourse is not allowed, except in humorous, satirical, or educational contexts.
Content Requiring Additional Context
Certain content may be exempt from these guidelines if it is shared for the purpose of satire or criticism, provided the satirical or critical intent is clear. This may include content that otherwise infringes on the Community Guidelines but is shared to mock or criticize. Determining whether content falls under this category often requires additional context.
Nevix supports the promotion of sexual education, the discussion of sexual practices or experiences, and the offering of classes or programs that teach techniques or discuss sex. These conversations are encouraged as long as they do not explicitly or implicitly solicit sexual activity or violate the aforementioned guidelines.
